As fate would have it we've come upon a 4 shaft floor loom & are now experimenting with the creation of
fabrics. We are very excited about the possibilities. Much of our weaving is done with natural fibers (linen,
cotton & wool) but almost anything can be used including shredded clothing for rugs, ribbons and rovings.
Currently we are re-warping for haversacks which will be made from 100% wool. Interested parties should
contact us if interested as these will be limited in quantity.
With this loom we can create almost anything; place settings, table cloths, towels & fabrics for clothing &
period costuming to name a few. Custom pieces will be on a first come first serve basis within the limitations
of the loom itself. Available items will be listed on this page. Check back for finished pieces.
The fabric pictured below is made from worsted weight 100% wool warp and 50% wool/ 50% Llama weft. The
piece is 5 yards long and will soon be sewn into a Bedouin style coat with inkle woven trim.

& everyday life. For this project we are using a 3/2 cotton warp & worsted weight yarns. The latest bags will
be about 12.5" wide & will vary in materials. Each piece will have an inkle woven strap which will double as a
gusset & then lined in canvas, linen or cotton. Pictures of completed bags will be posted here with further
details. They will be available for purchase after they are removed from the loom & constructed. Prices will
